Setting Up Phone Appointments

Phone as Location

You can offer phone appointments as a booking option, where the customer must provide their phone number when booking.

Setup

1. Create or edit a booking type.
2. Under How will the appointment take place? select the option Phone.
3. Optional: Enter a default phone number where you can be reached.
4. Save the booking type.

What Happens When a Booking is Made?

• The person booking will be prompted to enter their phone number.
• The number will be included in the confirmation email and calendar entry.
• You call the customer at the agreed time (or vice versa, depending on the arrangement).
