Offer Multiple Location Options

Why Multiple Options?

Sometimes it's beneficial to give the booker a choice – for example, between a video call and a phone call. Calentix supports multiple location options per booking type.

Setup

1. Create or edit a booking type.
2. Under How will the appointment take place? enable multiple options (e.g., Google Meet + Zoom + Phone).
3. Save the booking type.

Booking Process

If multiple options are active, the customer will be asked which location they prefer when booking. The chosen option then determines:

• Whether a video meeting is created (for Google Meet, Teams, or Zoom).
• Whether a phone number is requested (for Phone).
• Whether an address is displayed (for On-site).
