Password Security
- Use a strong, unique password with at least 8 characters.
- Utilize a password manager to securely manage your credentials.
- Change your password immediately if you suspect it has been compromised.
OAuth Connections
Connections to Google, Microsoft, and Zoom use the OAuth 2.0 protocol. Calentix does not store passwords for these services – only temporary access tokens that can be revoked at any time.
Revoke Third-Party Access
You can remove access to your connected services at any time:
- Google – Google Account Permission
- Microsoft – Microsoft App Access
- Zoom – Zoom Marketplace
