Data Protection at Calentix

Data Storage

All data is stored in a PostgreSQL database at Supabase. The database is located in a SOC 2 Type II certified data center in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany).

Encryption

• Transmission – All connections use TLS 1.2 or higher (HTTPS).
• Storage – Data is encrypted at-rest with AES-256.
• OAuth Tokens – Tokens for third-party integrations (Google, Microsoft, Zoom) are encrypted and stored in a separate, secure system (Nango).

What Data is Stored?

• Account data (name, email, time zone)
• Booking data (participants, times, meeting links)
• Calendar metadata (no content from other appointments, only availability times)

Data Deletion

You can delete your account at any time. All associated data will be irretrievably removed.
