What is the Consent Banner?

The consent banner allows you to obtain your customers' agreement to certain conditions before booking – for example, data processing or your terms and conditions.

Setup

  1. Navigate to Calendar in the sidebar.
  2. Scroll to the Consent Banner section.
  3. Activate the banner and configure the texts and links (e.g., privacy policy, terms and conditions).
  4. Save the settings.

What does the customer see?

Before submitting a booking, the customer is prompted to accept the consent conditions. Without consent, the booking cannot be completed.
